The Role
*
Job description
* Focus on customer satisfaction and the increase of revenues;
* Communicate with customers to confirm and follow up customers’ requests
based on AC standing Call Script;
* Arrange the planning activities according to the service request,
engineer's competence and delivery status of parts and so on;
* Follow up the execution status of contracts and internal orders to close
them timely;
* Support service managers via feedback on performance of technicians on
competence working attitude, and efficiency;
* To cooperate with other department/teams (such as financial, sales,
operation department) to facilitate pending problems solving and execution of
forward planning, if need;
* Provide data reports including WIP / ECB/ NIS and so on to supervisor
correctly and timely
* Be familiar with SAP/ CRM/ other relevant system

What we expect of you?
Experience requirements
* More than 2 years’ experience in compressor equipment service or related
equipment;
* Experience in service support role in a customer orientated business
environment;
* Good communication skills
Knowledge
* Basic English in speaking and reading;
* Good computer skills including Microsoft series.
Educational requirements
- College graduated or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
