Job Summary:
With strong ownership, VAC Marketing Platform Lead is responsible to develop Vaccine ecosystem by building up strategic platforms and cooperation mechanism among hospital (Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Pulmonology), Provincial CDC, Municipal CDC and District CDC, key POVs and government to improve the pneumonia disease attention and impact business growth. The role is responsible to coordinate internal and external stakeholders in strategic innovative programs to raise products accessory to consumers. This role shall understand the policy, listing procedure of each pilot zone by engaged with key decision makers both internally and externally. He / She will be responsible for accelerating the business transformation with diversified GTM and innovative digital solution.
This position requires outstanding communications and leadership skills with proven success in innovation, and exceptional forward-looking capability to keep the business at a competitive edge. He / She will need to be highly proactive, work collaboratively with other groups, have strong attention to detail along with excellent written, verbal and listening skills, presentation skills, teaming, facilitation, mental agility, influencing, and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop Vaccine ecosystem by building up strategic platforms and cooperation mechanism among hospital (Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Pulmonology), Provincial CDC, Municipal CDC and District CDC, key POVs and government to improve the pneumonia disease attention and impact business growth.
Establish necessary professional relationships with government authority and external contacts and cultivate external opinion leader relationship.
Responsible for cooperating with internal and external institutions, academic and innovative platforms to support Pneumonia disease.
Coordinate MKT , Sales, Market Access, Medical and Commercial Distribution to optimize and show Pfizer VAC integrated brand advantages.
Lead the development and pilot of innovation projects, summarize the successful experiences, and implement them throughout the country with constantly refining and improving the efficiency
Establish platforms at country level to fully align with VAC BU strategy to drive academic acknowledge to Pneumonia disease in targeting CDC and POVs.
Lead VAC strategy for go-to market model transforming through digitalization with necessary materials and measurement.
Identify opportunities for synergies across business teams to gain maximum value from collective GTM model investment across TA. Gain alignment and buy in from business teams to execute on identified synergies.
Align with company digital strategy to ensure BM 3.3 implement within BU.
Drive execution and lead implementation of key marketing platform tactics.
Lead cross department and cross platform activity implementation as planned.
Partner with functions within and outside of BU and leverage company resources to ensure that in-market GTM programs are effectively executed, consistent with standards and compliance requirements
Lead GTM and market platform internal compliance projects, and ongoing compliance monitoring to ensure compliance standards throughout organization.
Education and Experience:
BS/BA in Strategy, Marketing or similar fields, MBA is perfectible.
15 years’ experience in Marketing, Strategy, Business Planning roles – with emphasis on marketing GTM
