HZ Finance Manager -？China Finance Operation
The？HZ Finance Manager (base in Hangzhou)？will report to the China Finance Operation Lead (CFOL base in Dalian) in a straight line and to the China Biopharma Finance Lead (base in Shanghai) in a dotted line. Mainly responsible for Pfizer’s new legal entity (LE) HZ Innovation Hub financial reporting review, financial analysis, audit, budgeting, forecasting, etc. to ensure financial targets are met with KPI requirement and financial booking are in alignment with statutory, legal, regulatory, and jurisdictional guidance.
This role requires extensive collaboration with Business, China major function teams as well as Regional and Global GBS sites and COE leaderships to ensure the integrity of Pfizer market financial data.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Closing and Reporting
To manage the close for HZ LE under US GAAP and Local GAAP for financial reporting.
To resolve any issues which arise during the close.
To provide support to GBS operation team as required during the close, and to also ensure the entire close are completed in line with the reporting timetable.
Complete key controls in SAP PC in accordance with policies and accounting calendar.
Support CFOL on managing and overseeing the month/year end process.
Monitor？and analyze accounting data to ensure finance operations fully adhere to internal and external compliance requirements and financial information is in accordance with accounting principles.
